Some western Montana women have agreed to pose seminude for a 2006 calendar to raise awareness and encourage early detection of breast cancer.
"Anything to support breast cancer issues, I'm happy to be involved with," said Michelle Weaver-Knowles, a Missoula pediatric nurse. "As a breast cancer survivor, this is my mission: to honor my sister who has died of this disease, and as a survivor to serve as an inspiration for others who have just been diagnosed."
The women, between the ages of 43 and 78, include a Missoula artist, a restaurateur, a real estate broker and a big game hunter, among others.
