Since the original pages are in Italian, I can't be sure what they say... But it appears to be a fundraiser and consciousness-raiser for the Associazione Italiana Traumatizzati Spinali (the organization's name translates as "Angels Without Wings"). I don't think there's a way to buy the calendar now, but you can see the pictures here.
